ABOUT US
In June of 2014, we created Kids News with Anita and Sara, a positive and fun, educational online program. Kids News became our inspiration to create the book, Be Happy and Strong. Be Happy and Strong aims to teach readers to think positively and use positive affirmations in order to gain the confidence and strength to express themselves.
Anita and Sara have been using their positive affirmations and care-free attitudes with the mantra, "Make a Solution, Not a Problem." It has given them the strength and confidence to become great role models and leaders to their peers.

Kids News with Anita and Sara was her inspiration to make the book, Be Happy and Strong. By teaching her daughters to think positively and use positive affirmations, Una witnessed how much it improved their lives and wanted to share that gift with other.

Sara Lif
Sara is beautiful talented entrepreneur. She is passionate about helping others and always finds a way to make things enjoyable. She is very creative and although, she is incredibly spunky, delights in spending a quiet evening with her family.
